Terms of Service
i. G E N E R A L R U L E S
1) By agreeing to a transaction with me, you also agree to my terms of service. Failure to oblige by these terms will result in:
✦ cancellation of your order
✦ blacklist from all future transactions with me
2) My commissions are not first-come, first-serve.
3) I hold the right to decline or cancel any commission and/or transaction for any reason without further inquiry.
4) In the case that a commissioner cancels a commission after the lining phase, but before completion, they are entitled to a 50% refund.
5) I claim all of my work as my Intellectual Property and do not give permission for any of my works to be copied, traced, blatantly referenced, reproduced, altered/modified, distributed, resold, or used without my explicitly written permission. This also applies to any blockchain-related technology, which includes but is not limited to cryptocurrency, NFTs, and AI-generated art.
6) All of my work is for personal-use only. Commericial use of my work is forbidden unless rights have been purchased from me in full.
7) I hold the right to upload any finished commissions on any of my platforms. The commissioner is allowed to share the artwork that they purchased as long as I am properly credited via a link to one of my social media pages.
II. O R D E R I N G
1) All payments will be handled upfront through Zelle (preferred) or PayPal in full prior to the start of the piece.
2) If you would like a refund for a commission I have not begun, contact me immediately. I do not offer full refunds once I'm past the sketching phase.
3) Upon reading this, you are fully aware you are purchasing a digital good, thus any physical shipping is not required.
4) The prices that I advertise my works under are estimates; commissioners may be subject to additional charges for design complexity, add-ons, etc.
5) Commissioners are allowed a maximum of 2 major revisions prior to the rendering process. Additional major revisions will cost 10 USD each. I do not do major revisions once I have started rendering.
6) Commissioners will be notified once I start on their art pieces, and at each step throughout the creation process (sketch ➝ lines ➝ render).
III. D E S I G N S
1) Purchase of all pre-made designs are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
2) After a design has been purchased in full, it may be traded, gifted, or resold at a price equal to or less than the price you paid. Only if the owner purchased other commissions of that design may they resell the design at a higher price.
3) Changes to designs are okay so long as the original design is still recognizable; some examples of changes that may be made are as follows: alternative outfits, eye colors, scars, etc.
4) If a design by me is being uploaded to Toyhouse, my Toyhouse account should be credited.
5) You may not make any changes to the original artwork of your design. All changes to the design must be made in your own artwork or in a commissioned piece.
6) If you received one of my designs through non-monetary means (gift, raffle, giveaway, OTA, or trade), it cannot be resold, only traded.
